This is a very quick but effective Aura Meditation/Visualization.
I call it active because there is movement involved! This feels absolutely wonderful if you can do this outside, but it works equally well indoors. It is still very effective if you simply visualize yourself doing it, working through the colors one by one.
I have added silver to act as a protective outer layer to the aura. This is useful to do if you know you need the extra protection – especially if you find yourself in stressful or trying situations – where you can often feel drained. This is when it helps to be able to visualize the process too.
The more you practice this, the better the effect and the quicker you will be able to put up your own protection at any time almost instantly.
Ideally at home, I would take longer to go through this process, you may find you need to repeat the colors twice or even more – it doesn’t matter – as long as it feels right for you.
